Thanks for your interest in joining Great Harvest NWA—we’re on the lookout for kind, hardworking, honest, and upbeat people who love great bread and even better vibes.
If you’ve got a good sense of humor, a strong work ethic, and don’t mind staying active while making or selling amazing bread, goodies, and sandwiches, you might be just who we’re looking for!
We’ll begin interviews in June and July. Before applying, here are a few things to know:
- We’re all about exceptional customer service and fresh, delicious food made with simple, wholesome ingredients.
- Everyone pitches in, and everyone serves customers.
- Things move fast here—teamwork, efficiency, and flexibility are key.
- Holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter are our busiest times, so we’ll need your full support then. We’re more flexible during the rest of the year. We are closed on the actual holidays, but we need everyone leading up to the holidays.
